What happens to a submission

One submission, three possible answers

01

Send the opportunity

An application, the prior declarations page, loss runs, or a few fields typed in. The reader pulls out the FEIN, the locations, the payroll, the class codes, the experience modification and the claims history, so nobody re-keys them.

02

We check appetite

The account is measured against every market’s appetite at once. The markets that clear appetite are the ones we work: some answer through the platform, the rest go to their underwriters by email.

03

Three answers come back

A quote, an underwriting review, or a decline. An underwriting review is not a quote and we never show it as one. What cannot be quoted goes to a person — a specialty market, an assigned-risk route, or a PEO arrangement where appropriate.

Who places it

A licensed wholesale broker, and people who work the hard ones

Cennairus LLC is a licensed wholesale insurance broker, National Producer Number 8740024, resident in Florida under agency license L070287, placing business with admitted and non-admitted carriers across the United States.

Class codes are resolved from the business description; loss runs and applications are read rather than re-typed.

When a market cannot be found through the platform, a producer works it — specialty markets, assigned risk, or a PEO arrangement where appropriate.

Questions agencies ask

Working with Cennairus

Do I need my own carrier appointments to place business through Cennairus?

No. Cennairus is the wholesale broker; you write under our appointments. You need your own license for the lines and states you write, E&O cover and a certificate of insurance.

What happens after I send an opportunity?

The submission is read, the account is built, and it is measured against every market’s appetite at once. What comes back is a quote, an underwriting review, or a decline — each shown as what it is.

Which lines come back with a price straight away?

Workers’ comp is the line where a priced quote with the carrier’s own document comes back inside Cennairus today. Other lines are priced through the platform, placed with an appointed market, or worked by our team.

What if no carrier will quote it?

That is not the end of it. The account goes to a producer, who works specialty markets, the assigned-risk route, or a PEO arrangement where that fits. We do not promise a placement; we promise the account keeps moving.

Does Cennairus deal with my client?

The account you send stays yours. Cennairus works the placement and hands the terms back to you.

How does commission work?

You keep your commission on the business you place, and it is settled monthly. The rates are set in your agreement, not on this page.
