Where it started
We came out of the same wall our agents keep hitting: an account nobody could place, a market that answered slowly, and the same information typed again into every carrier form. Rather than start one more brokerage, we rearranged the pieces — one submission, a panel of markets behind it, and people who work the hard ones by hand.
