01Who we are
Cennairus LLC is a licensed insurance broker, National Producer Number 8740024, resident in Florida under agency licence L070287. We place business through admitted and non-admitted carriers across the United States. Licence details for any individual state are available on request at support@cennairus.com.
In these terms, “Cennairus,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Cennairus LLC, of 7357 International Place, Unit 101, Sarasota, FL 34240. “You” means anyone using this website — an agency, a producer, a business owner looking for cover, or a visitor just reading.
02What this website is
cennairus.com is our marketing and information site. It describes what we do, the lines of coverage we place, the carriers and programs we work with, and it lets you start a quote request or ask to be appointed.
It is not the Cennairus platform. The platform lives at portal.cennairus.com and is governed by the separate agreement you sign when your agency is appointed — not by this page. Where the two disagree about the platform, that agreement wins.
03We are a broker. Carriers issue the policies
Cennairus is not an insurance company and does not issue policies, underwrite risk, set rates, or pay claims. Every policy quoted or placed through us is issued by a licensed insurance carrier, on that carrier's paper, under that carrier's terms. The carrier decides whether to offer cover, at what price, and whether to pay a claim.
Nothing on this site is insurance, legal, tax or financial advice. The coverage descriptions, line pages and articles here are general information written to be useful, not a recommendation about what your business needs. Only the policy your carrier issues states what is actually covered — and if this website and a policy ever disagree, the policy governs, without exception.
For advice about your own situation, speak to a licensed insurance professional. If you want that to be us, start a quote request and one of ours will get in touch.
04Quotes, binding and when cover actually starts
A quote is an offer from a carrier, on that carrier's terms, based on the information given. It is not cover and it is not a promise of cover. Quotes are indicative until the carrier confirms them, and they expire.
No cover exists until a carrier has bound the policy and confirmed it in writing. Submitting a form, receiving a quote, signing a proposal or making a payment does not, on its own, put insurance in place. Never cancel an existing policy until the replacement is confirmed as bound.
Insurance pricing rests entirely on what you tell us. Payroll, employee counts, what the business actually does, prior claims — a wrong answer can change a price, and it can void a claim later. That is not a formality, and it is the one part of a quote request worth slowing down for.
05How we are paid
We are usually paid by the carrier, as commission calculated on the premium of the policy we place. In some cases we may also charge a fee, receive a bonus or profit-sharing payment from a carrier based on the volume or profitability of business placed, or be compensated by a wholesaler or program administrator.
How much we earn can vary between carriers and between products. Any fee we would charge you directly is disclosed to you before you agree to it. You can ask us how we are being paid on your placement at any time, at support@cennairus.com, and we will tell you.
06Using the site properly
When you use this site or send us anything through it, you agree to:
- Give accurate, current and complete information, and correct it if it changes while a submission is live.
- Submit genuine enquiries only. Every quote request reaches real underwriters, so speculative, duplicate and test submissions have a real cost — they burn carrier goodwill that other people's placements depend on.
- Send us information about a business only where you are entitled to — you are the owner, an officer, or you have that business's permission.
- Not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or misrepresent who you are or who you act for.
- Not attempt to interfere with the site, probe or test its security, get around access controls, or upload anything malicious.
07Automated access, scraping and AI
Do not scrape this site. Do not run bots, crawlers, headless browsers or AI agents against it, and do not submit quote requests in bulk or work around rate limits and other technical measures. Ordinary search engine indexing, within our robots.txt, is welcome — that is the one exception.
Do not use anything on this site — including page content, coverage descriptions, articles, forms and quote output — as training, fine-tuning, retrieval or evaluation data for a machine-learning system, without our written permission.
We rate-limit, block and terminate access where we see this, and we will pursue it where the law allows.
08Carrier names, logos and third-party links
Carrier, program and partner names and logos on this site belong to their owners. They appear to show who we work with. They do not mean that carrier endorses or sponsors this site, and they do not guarantee that any particular carrier will quote or accept a given risk — appetite changes constantly, by class, by state and by carrier.
Where we link out to a carrier, a rating bureau, a partner or any other third party, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content, its accuracy or its own handling of your data. Billing and payments run through Audit1, our ally fintech, under its own terms.
09Our content
The design, text, graphics, code, screenshots and the Cennairus name and marks on this site are ours or our licensors', and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, print and share pages for your own business use. You may not republish, resell, or build a competing or derivative product from them without our written permission.
If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions about the platform, we may use them without owing you anything for them.
10No warranties
This site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every coverage description or article is complete and current, or that any particular carrier will quote your risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cennairus and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising out of your use of this website — even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim connected with this website is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This limit applies to the website only. It does not limit our responsibility as your broker on a placement we actually handle, which is governed by our engagement with you and by the law that applies to licensed insurance producers — and nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit any right you have under an insurance code that cannot be waived.
12Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, if a claim is brought against us because of your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or information you submitted that you were not entitled to submit.
13Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of this website or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you and we both consent to those courts.
This section covers this website. Disputes about a policy are between you and the carrier that issued it, and are governed by that policy and by the insurance law of the state where it was written — including any appraisal, mediation or complaint process your state's insurance department provides.
14Changes
We may update these terms as the business, the platform or the law changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If a change is significant, we will say so rather than let it slide past in a date stamp.
