01Who we are
Cennairus LLC — a licensed insurance broker, National Producer Number 8740024 — is responsible for the information described on this page. We are at 7357 International Place, Unit 101, Sarasota, FL 34240. Privacy questions and requests go to support@cennairus.com.
This policy covers cennairus.com. The Cennairus platform at portal.cennairus.com handles data under the agreement your agency signs, and each carrier we send a submission to has its own privacy policy governing what it does next.
02What we collect
What you type into a quote request. Our quote forms ask for:
- The legal business name, city, state and ZIP code.
- A contact person's name, email address and phone number.
- Full-time and part-time employee counts, and estimated annual payroll.
- What the employees do, or the class code, and anything else you tell us about the operation.
What you send us another way. Anything in an email, a support chat, or an appointment enquiry — including documents you attach, such as loss runs or ACORD forms.
What your browser sends automatically. IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or ad that brought you here.
What we do not ask for on this website. We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's licence numbers, bank or card details, or health information through cennairus.com. If a placement later needs something like that, it is collected on the platform or by the carrier directly — never through a form on this site.
03Why we collect it, and what we do with it
To get you quotes. A quote request exists to be sent to carriers. That is the entire point of submitting it, and it is the main way your information leaves us.
To talk to you about the quote, place and service the policy, and answer support enquiries.
To meet our obligations as a licensed broker, including record-keeping that outlasts the quote itself, and any reporting a state insurance department requires.
To run and improve the site — which pages help people get to a quote, which ones do not, and whether our marketing is reaching the right agencies.
We do not sell your personal information.
04Who we share it with
- Insurance carriers, wholesalers and program administrators — so they can quote and underwrite. This is the expected and intended result of submitting a quote request.
- Service providers who run parts of our operation under contract: cloud hosting, email delivery, document processing, analytics, and support tooling. They may use it only to do that work for us.
- Audit1, our ally fintech, where billing or payments are involved.
- Regulators, courts and law enforcement where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
- A buyer, if the business is ever sold or merged — with this policy continuing to apply to information transferred.
05Cookies, analytics and advertising
The first time you visit, a banner asks you to choose Accept all or Essentials only. That choice is real, not decorative.
This site defaults to everything denied. Analytics and advertising storage stay off, and no advertising pixel loads at all, until you accept. That is opt-in, and it is stricter than the opt-out default most sites use.
Essential cookies and local storage keep the site working — remembering your light or dark theme choice, and remembering your cookie answer so we stop asking. These are always on; the site cannot function without them.
Analytics. If you accept, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand which pages actually help people, in aggregate.
Advertising. If you accept, we load advertising pixels — currently Meta and TikTok — so we can measure which campaigns bring agencies to us and show relevant ads. These set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Choosing Essentials only turns analytics and advertising storage off for your visit and stops the advertising pixels loading. Clearing your browser's site data resets the choice and the banner asks again. Your browser's own controls, and any Global Privacy Control signal it sends, work here too.
06Automated quoting
Some carriers price automatically from the answers in a submission. Where that happens the carrier owns that decision and its own rules govern it — we pass on the answers and return the result.
You can always ask a person to look at a quote or a decline. Email us and we will.
07How long we keep it
Quote and policy records are kept for as long as we are required to as a licensed broker — generally at least five years after the end of the relationship, and longer where a particular state requires it or a claim or dispute is open.
Enquiries that never became a submission are kept for a shorter period and then deleted. Analytics data is retained on the schedule set in our analytics tools.
08Your choices and your rights
Whatever state you are in, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you, and where it came from.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Give you a copy in a portable format.
- Stop sending you marketing email — every marketing message has an unsubscribe link, and it works.
Email support@cennairus.com and we will respond. We may need to verify who you are first, so we do not hand someone's business information to the wrong person.
Some records we are legally required to keep as a licensed broker, and we will tell you plainly when that is why we cannot delete something, rather than quietly refusing.
Several states — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and others — give residents additional rights, and insurance and financial-privacy law interacts with those state laws in ways that depend on the record in question. We honour requests from residents of any state rather than making you prove your state qualifies. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
09How we protect it
Information travels encrypted in transit and is held on access-controlled infrastructure, with access limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfect, and anyone telling you otherwise is overselling. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
10Children
This is a business site. It is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
11Changes
We update this policy as the business and the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will say so rather than let it slide past in a date stamp.
