On the board

What each stage means

Applications β€” Renewals

What it means
The same expiring policies your board shows, as a table.
What is happening
Everything that runs out in the next 60 days, soonest first, with the policy number, the carrier, the coverage, the start date and the premium.
What happens next
Renew each one before it runs out. Take renewal lives on your Pipeline, under Renewals.
What you may need to do
Check the client’s details are still right before you renew.
What you can do here
You can open any line to see the business behind the policy.

Renewals / Leads β€” Renewals

What it means
Policies you already sold that run out in the next 60 days.
What is happening
Each card counts down to the day coverage ends, soonest first, next to the premium and the policy number.
What happens next
Take renewal opens the renewal, filled in from that policy; Renew Policy creates it, Bound, under Sold. The policy itself stays under Sold until it really expires.
What you may need to do
Check the client’s details are still right before you send the renewal in.
What you can do here
You can take any renewal in your book from here.

Renewals / Leads β€” Leads

What it means
Businesses and people sent your way that are not an application yet.
What is happening
Each card shows the contact, whether it is a business or a person, their email and phone, and the day it arrived.
What happens next
Move to New turns a lead into an application. It then waits for a Cennairus agent, under In Review.
What you may need to do
Have the business and the line of coverage ready before you move one across.
What you can do here
You can move any lead into your pipeline from here.
