Do you place commercial auto in Tennessee?
Yes. Tennessee is one of the states we work. Send the account and it is measured against every market with appetite for it in Tennessee.
What do you need — the schedule and the MVRs?
A vehicle schedule with year, make, model, VIN and stated value, and a driver list with license numbers and dates of hire. Radius, what is hauled and loss runs complete it. An expiring declarations page usually carries most of that already.
What fleet sizes do you work?
From a single titled vehicle to a full schedule. Below a handful of units the auto usually rides with the rest of the client’s account; above that it is underwritten on its own, and the market set changes with it.
Do you work trucking?
Yes, as an assisted placement. Trucking is its own underwriting conversation — radius, commodity, filings and the driver list decide it rather than the truck count. Send the schedule and we will tell you what we can find, including when the answer is no.
What about a young driver or a poor motor vehicle record?
Disclose it. One bad record on a small schedule moves the whole account, and an undisclosed driver moves the claim. Where a driver is the obstacle, an exclusion or a higher deductible is often a better outcome than an unplaced submission.
Do you place the umbrella over it?
Yes. The auto schedule and limits carry straight into an excess submission, so the layer above the fleet is worked from the same file rather than built again from scratch.
How is my commission handled?
You keep your commission on business we place for you, reconciled and settled monthly. Your terms are in your agency agreement, not on this page.
